About the project

Toyota Motors Thailand is one of the largest and popular brands in Thailand. It launched Toyota LiveAlive campaign, in 2018, to raise its brand awareness and to inspire and enjoy the Fun To Drive experience with its newer, revitalized models of cars. Fiberknot took over the marketing campaign and worked on its branding to appeal to the younger generation.

In the course of the campaign, we created its official website from scratch and ran campaigns to collect user-generated content, making the website responsive and interactive. The interactions and engagement gave us the data that we further utilized for Customer Relation Management purposes and reinforced the image of Toyota as a brand.

What We Achieved

We worked with Toyota for a period of two months, starting from September to November 2019. In this period, we were able to ramp up the number of new users and direct traffic to the website, organically.

Toyota had a total of 9k users, before Fiberknot. Using our experience and strategies, we were able to increase the number of new users and saw a growth of 116%. The website also saw an impressive 208% growth in website visits through organic search results and a 222% increase in direct search.

Not only this, the page views increased by a total of 9.89% in the course with 2.9k referrals. Overall, the campaign left a good first and lasting impression on the users.
